| | | Purchasing a subscription to an Optibase developer support program gives you direct access to developer clubs on Optibase's web site. You use the serial number that appears on the back of the CD package of the developer support program you purchased to register to the web site.
Before registering, make sure you have a valid serial number for one of the following developer support programs:
 Progression
Video Streaming
MediaPump
VideoPump

Fill out the New User registration form, and then click submit. Note that the email you enter in this registration form will be your username when you log-on to your developer club in future.
Your browser will display a message that your registration was successful.
Now that you have registered successfully, you have to log on to the system again.
In the User Name field, enter the email that you used when registering to your developer club.
In the Password field, enter the password you chose when registering to your developer club.
Click Logon; your browser displays your Developer Club.

If you have subscribed to an Optibase club in the past, and want to register to a new club, go to the short registration form.
Enter your email and click submit; a short registration form appears.
Enter the serial number of the developer support program you want to register to.
Make sure that all other details on the form are correct and then click submit.

If you don't manage to register successfully, check the following:
Invalid developer club serial number
You can only register to a developers club with a serial number that appears on the CD box of the purchased support program. Serial numbers of other products, for example, encoding boards, are not valid serial numbers and will result in a registration error.
Outdated serial number
Developer support programs are valid for one year from date of purchase. The serial numbers that appear on the CD boxes of support programs allow you to register to the relevant club, for one year from date of purchase.
